Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Reservations (pre-orders)

When you reserve Stabilicinn, you pay $0 at checkout and authorize us to charge your saved payment method when reservations reach our 100-gallon batch goal. You can cancel a reservation at any time before you are charged, at no cost, by emailing CustomerService@Stabilicinn.com with your order number. After you are charged, you can cancel for a full refund until your order ships.

If your saved payment method fails when the batch goal is reached, we will email you and hold your reservation for 7 days so you can update it. After 7 days the reservation is cancelled.

Monthly continuation (subscriptions)

If you chose to continue monthly after your first bottle, your subscription starts when your first bottle ships and renews every 30 days at 3% off the regular price. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal by emailing CustomerService@Stabilicinn.com or through your account. Cancelling stops future shipments; it does not refund orders that have already shipped.
